Delivery

Where do we deliver?  

Available postcodes for delivery: All postcodes starting SW, WC, EC, E, W and
N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8, N10, N11, N12, N13, N15, N16, N19, N20, NW1, NW2, NW3, NW5, NW6, NW7, NW8, NW11, SE1, SE3, SE4, SE5, SE7, SE8, SE10, SE11, SE13, SE14, SE15, SE16, SE17, SE21, SE22, SE24

If you are out of those delivery postcodes, we will charge £15 for delivery charge OR you can come directely to our warehouse in Wimbledon Park to pick up your order.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is £40. If an order does not reach the minimum, an extra £5 will be added to it.

Special condition for SW19 postcodes (only): the minimum order £25

What is the delivery fee?

We offer a free delivery (orders above £40) for postcodes in the list above, and £15 for other postcodes outside London.
Special condition for SW19 postcodes (only): free delivery (orders above £25).

What is the delivery lead time between my order and my delivery?

We deliver the goods between 1 - 8 working days (upon availability of the goods).
Cheese order Thursday before 5pm for a delivery before the weekend!
If we are finally able to deliver in a postcode out of our usual delivery area (see above), please note that the delivery lead time might be longer than 5 working days. 

Delivery Monday to Friday only.

How big is the box I will receive (dimensions)?

Depending on your order, we have 3 different size of boxes:
large : 39 cm x 52 cm x 11 cm
medium: 30 cm x 38 cm x 11 cm
small: 23,5 cm x 32 cm x 11 cm

At what time my delivery will be made?

Our delivery slot is from 8am until 4pm. Monday to Friday only.

Returns

For any packaging issue or in case of a quality issue, please take some pictures and get in touch with us within 2 days. Through email: shop@beillevaire.com

Product 

How to keep my cheese and dairy products?

Keep your cheese and dairy products refrigerated.
For the cheese: keep them in the wrapping paper in which you receive them and preferably at the bottom of your fridge.

How to enjoy my cheese?

The best to enjoy the cheese purchased is to remove it from your fridge 30 min - 1 hour before consuming it. It will release its best flavours!

What is the best before date on cheese?

The best before date is informed on the cheese itself. We usually advise you to eat the cheese as fresh as possible.
