Caramel fleur de sel
Caramel fleur de sel (salted caramel) is made by Vincent Guerlais from Beillevaire butter. It can be spread on a toast and enjoyed at breakfast or used as a flavouring in puddings and desserts or as a topping for ice cream and custard. It just melts your heart as it melts in your mouth!
