Our espelette butter is made using a traditional method. Having collected the raw milk still warm from local farms, the cream is matured in tanks and churned in wooden churns, which gives the butter a special and unique taste. Espelette chili is then added to give it spicy notes.
It is the perfect touch to add flavour to your puree, beef steak or fresh bread!
